I was trying to be ambitious and make a big Iron Man out of rice krispy treats... It didn't work out too well. At the last minute I had to scrap the project and settle on one of the Iron Man toys we bought him for his birthday.

The 'ash' of the cigar is a tin can with part of the end cut out. The can is filled with dry ice. So when water is added, the cigar really smokes!
